Description:

Responsible for monitoring the treatment areas and reception/reservations area, assisting in interviewing, hiring, ordering and stocking inventory, conducting employee evaluations, counseling, servicing, and addressing any guest issues. Additionally, this position is accountable for the coordination of any work or maintenance to the salon facility, employee schedules, assisting staff when needed, holding and conducting meetings. Requires experience in a supervisory position at a luxury resort, a high school diploma or the equivalent, excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette, and proficiency with MS Office.
