WE ARE EXPANDING OUR SEARCH ACROSS THE USA AND ARE LOOKING FOR STYLISTS THAT WORK IN MORE SUBURBAN SALONS.
Are you a hairstylist that is thinking of changing salons?
TLC is seeking employees in their late 20's & early 30's that enjoy the work they do but think they deserve a raise. You should like your job but be interested in finding out where your strengths and weaknesses lie in the workplace with the help of our two career coaching hosts.
Do you think you perform your job better than you get credit for?
With our help you will:
• Be given the tools to negotiate a better pay check.
• Find out how much you’re worth.
• Get the chance to try out another job.
Applicants should not work on a set pay scale, but should be payed according to experiance.
This is not a bash your boss show. Applicants should get along well with their boss as your boss will have to be involved. Both boss and employee will get the chance to critique each other and lay out their work issues with each other in a constructive manner.
