Technical Supervisor

Our Technical Trainers are responsible for the initial and on-going training of all Stylists/Technicians ensuring proper techniques are adhered to. In addition, the Technical Trainer provides guidance to Center Manager and Corporate staff on technical matters. Technical Supervisor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintains professional appearance and attitude.
• Presents pleasant and effective client relations attitude, maintaining a professional relationship with clients at all times.
• Performs job consistently and effectively.
• Uses proper Hair Club terminology.
• Works with the Center Manager to improve and maintain the quality of client services performed.
• Ensures the technical area is running smoothly and according to HC standards.
• Provides consistent feedback to the Center Manager to Technician’s performance and offers guidance and direction for continued development.
• Assists the Center Manager and the Membership Advisor in motivating the Stylists to actively promote conversions and upgrades to achieve company standards, including Retail Sales and Education.
• Understands and applies selling techniques as they apply to NB1 Applications, Conversions, and Upgrades.
