Create a memorable experience with every clients Delivering the “Yes, You Can!” philosophy with every interaction and leading team members to provide great experiences. Operate in compliance with all local, state and federal laws that are applicable to the Spa. Maximum revenue generation and profitability by administering staff and customer scheduling Create ongoing promotions for clients and surrounding communities. Hire, train, develop, evaluate, discipline, and motivate Spa associates. Work with Salon Owners & Managers to create packages and promotions that will increase salon revenues. Maintain open lines of communication .
I have mastered how to work smarter not harder. My passions have turned from creating great hair styles to creating great hair stylists. During the past two years, I have averaged $400 to $500 per day in service sales, almost doubled my sales from 2006 to 2007 while only working 31 hours a week. My average service ticket has jumped from $50 to almost $70 in less than a years time. Now I want to dedicate myself to helping all salon and spa professionals maximize their success-while creating fun and energy in the salon environment. As a second-generation Hair Designer, Educator, and Coach, I am ready to take the next generation of Salon owners and stylists to the top.
