| The colorists are fine, but my friends have told me that the hairstylists are incredibly bitchy. Nicole completely ignored what my friend asked her to do and she ended up with a terrible cut. From what I've heard from another friend, Omaira is obnoxious and should be fired. Twice in a row, my friend stood with dripping wet hair while Omaira accomodated a personal friend of hers in my friend's time slot. Then she gave my friend a quick 5 minute cut and a 15 minute blow-dry, burning her scalp in the process. My friend got an apology from the manager but none from Omaira. So don't bother to get your hair cut at Subway, unless you're a personal friend of Omaira's...because if you're her friend, she'll give you somebody else's time slot and spend extra time on your hair and chat with you afterwards while someone else stands there for a half hour with wet hair.. |
